THE KURVE

The Kurve at Wilshire is a high-rise mixed-use residential development with over 650 units in the heart of the city, at the border of Los Angeles’ Koreatown District and Downtown. The project presents an opportunity through landscape, in an ever-evolving cityscape, for a breath of nature within the concrete jungle of downtown.

An expansive amount of provided podium open space offers a rare chance to adorn the building in greenery. Using vibrant planting and contemporary hardscape, the landscape establishes a new vision of downtown scenery. Across from a plinth of trees and shrubs, the Kurve truly achieves the essence of urban nature.
