150 N ORANGE GROVE

Designed by renowned architect, William Pereira, 150 N Orange Grove project was hidden by thick vegetation, overshadowing the historical building. The original landscape design, a traditional Asian Garden Style, underwent conversion to evoke a sense of contemporary minimalism. The new design was inspired by the previous koi pond, incorporating the previous shape in combination with crushed rock and drought tolerant planting, as well as a hand-picked, 18’x15’ local ‘White Ice’ boulder as an icon. The large existing roof garden also underwent conversion, replanted with substantiality in mind.
